Booking Policies
Before booking, please take a moment to review the policies below. These policies are here to keep things running smooth as silk and make sure every glam session is a killer experience. By booking a service with The Glam Reaper, you agree to these terms. Don't worry, you're not signing over your soul, but you do have to play by my rules 😈🖤
Payment
Payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, and cash. **Venmo payments will incur a 3% fee.** I will confirm the remaining balance of your service at the beginning of your appointment. You may opt to include add ons to your service (i.e. rhinestones, etc.) These will be added to your remaining balance. Payment is due at the conclusion of your service.
Deposits & Refunds
Deposits are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed or held without a deposit. The deposit amount will count toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are not refundable on appointments held longer than one week -- i.e. if you book an appointment on Friday, you must cancel the by the following Friday in order to receive a deposit refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made on appointments held longer than one week are not eligible for deposit refund. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. There will be a $50 rescheduling fee charged each time an appointment is rescheduled.

Please understand, in addition to The Glam Reaper, I also work full time. For many of my appointments, I have to take off work or have denied other potential clients a booking because of your scheduled appointment. As you can imagine, if I've taken off work for your appointment or turned away other clients and you cancel/ reschedule, I've now lost the opportunity to earn wages for the day. I completely understand things come up, but there is a considerable amount of prep for each appointment, which means wasted materials and time. Rescheduling fees/ deposits allow me to recoup the materials/ time for cancelled/ rescheduled appointments. Even a Reaper's gotta eat!
Tardiness
Every appointment will receive a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled and will be ineligible for a deposit refund. This is out of respect for other clients, to ensure their appointment time is not disrupted and can begin on time.

Service Boundaries
Please see the service description for what is included in your chosen service. Please communicate any service add ons in advance (i.e. rhinestones, etc.) We'll do our best to accommodate any requests for add ons during the appointment, but will be subject to time and availability. All materials will be provided unless communicated otherwise in advance.

Health & Safety
Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face, free of product. No animals permitted. PERIOD. AT ALL. Additional guests are not permitted at your appointment unless approved by The Glam Reaper in advance. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or are sick. The Glam Reaper reserves the right to cancel your appointment if they feel their health or safety is at risk. Let's keep everyone safe <3 All materials are cleaned and disinfected before use. The Glam Reaper follows strenuous sanitation practices for your comfort and safety.
An ID check is required for every new client appointment. As a home based artist, it's essential for mine and my family's safety to confirm appointments are legitimate and ensures I know exactly who I’m welcoming into my space. We will not proceed with the appointment with out the contact form and ID check being completed.
Photography & Social Media
Photos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. If you share photos of your finished look, please tag @theeglamreaper and credit The Glam Reaper as your artist. We love to see your slay and support your shine!
Client Satisfaction
The Glam Reaper wants everyone to leave their chair feeling like an absolute BADDIE, and we want to bring your makeup vision to life! When providing inspo for your service please be conscious of any editing or AI manipulation of the photos you've chosen as inspo. Skin texture is real and makeup is not a magic wand (Although we wish!). Additionally, when choosing inspo pics, ask yourself "Do I like their makeup or do I just like their face". Makeup looks we can achieve, but it won't turn you into someone else! (Unless you've booked an Alter Ego, in which case, that's the whole point.)
Inspo photos should be provided for every booked appointment and should not be AI generated. Although I'm very intuitive and am almost always right (much to my boyfriend's annoyance) I can't read minds! Show me what you're looking for! What I envision of a forest fairy could be very different from you. Show me where to start and we can work together to bring the vison to life! The Glam Reaper supports REAL artists and reserves the right to refuse AI art as inspiration.
